Indian users who had searched the Play Store app on their devices for the Google Keyboard app, would not have seen it in the search results.
And if you had tried to visit the Playstore link for the app (listed below) you would have been frustrated with a message which said , “This item is not available in your Country”
This was because of some unknown geo restriction by the company, even after adding support for Indian languages in the Keyboard. Users had to manually update the app by downloading an APK, which was quite a tedious task for an official update. Well, that changed today.
The Google Keyboard app now appears in the Google Play Store App’s search results. You can try it on your phone, or manually hit the Play Store link below if you are feeling lazy today.
