Last week, we reported that Google was rolling out a new Play Store App, for Android devices.
Version 6.0, brought in a new UI with icons for app categories, large buttons for the Store sections and more.
Well, this interface is now universal, i.e., it is also rolling out to the Google Play Store on the web. Now, users browsing the app market on their desktops will have the same UI as the one on their phones and tablets, including the new “Entertainment” section. However it does not have the icons for app categories.
If you don’t have the new UI yet, try force clearing the cache of the page, by hitting Ctrl + F5.
