Huawei subsidiary Honor has just launched Honor 5C, a mid range smartphone in China for a price of 999 Yuan. Honor 5C was spotted on TENAA sometime back giving us a full glimpse of the device. Honor 5C comes with full metal body build made with aluminum alloy with the brushed metal design.
Huawei Honor 5C sports a 5.2-inch 1080p full HD display powered by octa-core Kirin 650 processor and Mali-T830 MP2 GPU along with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd cards. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 based operating system with Huawei EMUI 4.1 on top.
It features a 13 MP main rear camera with LED flash and a 8 MP front facing shooter. Honor 5C is backed by a battery of 3000 mAh capacity and thanks to the bigger battery, the device appears thick at 8.3 mm.
It comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back below the rear camera which can unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds.
Honor 5C will be available in three colors i.e. gold, grey and silver.
There are two variants of Honor 5C, first variant being 3G only priced at 899 Yuan whereas the 4G enabled versions comes at a price of 999 Yuan.
