Few hours back we reported that four models of Honor 8 are listed on the Chinese certification portal TENAA. In terms of RAM and storage combination, we had three variants listed for Honor 8 i.e. first being the 3 GB RAM + 32 GB model, 2nd being the 4 GB RAM + 32 GB model and third being the 4 GB + 64 GB storage model.
Today a new leak on Weibo gives you a sneak peek or proposed pricing of the Honor 8 variants. The pricing of the lower variant starts at 1799 Yuan and goes up to 2399 Yuan for the higher variant. As per the leak, Honor 8 will be priced as follows:
- 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage : 1799 Yuan (~Rs. 18,000 or ~$270 )
- 4 GB RAM + 32 GB storage : 1999 Yuan (~Rs. 20,000 or ~$300 )
- 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage : 2399 Yuan (~Rs. 24,000 or ~$360 )
Honor 8 sports a 5.2 inch Full HD 1080p display and is powered by 2.3 GHz octa-core Kirin 955 processor with Mali T880-MP4 GPU. It comes with 3 GB / 4 GB RAM and 32 /64 GB of internal storage with Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system with Honor own EMUI 4.1.
Honor 8 comes with 12 MP dual rear main camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 8 MP front-shooter. Fingerprint sensor is placed at the back panel. In terms of connectivity, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C. In terms of battery, it comes with a decent 2900 mAh battery with fast charging support. It measures 145.5 × 71 × 7.45 mm and weights just 153 grams.
