As we reported earlier, Honor is set to unveil a new mid-range smartphone Honor 9 Lite in India. This new smartphone is the lite variant of Honor 9 and comes with two popular features i.e. 18:9 Display and dual cameras at the front for selfies. The phone also comes with dual camera module at the rear making a total of four cameras on the phone. The official launch event is scheduled for January 17 in New Delhi India.
Honor 9 Lite will be going to be a Flipkart exclusive device as visible from some of the social media messages from the official Honor India handle.

Honor 9 Lite with 18:9 Display, Quad Cameras coming to India later this month
Honor, the subsidiary e-brand of Huawei is set to launch a new smartphone later this month i.e. the Honor 9 Lite which is a more affordable variant of the Honor 9. Honor 9 Lite is also known as Honor 9 Youth edition which is available in China. Honor 9 Lite (Honor 9 Youth edition ) was just three unveiled a few weeks back on December 21 in China.
Honor 9 Lite features a 5.65-inch full HD+ full-screen 18:9 display, powered by Huawei mid-range Kirin 659 processor along with 3GB / 4GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB / 64GB of internal storage and runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) based operating system with EMUI 8.0 on top. It sports 13MP front and rear cameras along with a secondary 2MP secondary camera sensor to capture depth. It comes with metal frame and glass back with the fingerprint sensor on the back. The phone is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
