Honor Magic 2 is set to officially launch on October 31 in China. We are still two weeks away from the official launch which means that there will be numerous leaks till the device is unveiled on October 31. An alleged render of Honor Magic 2 has surfaced on the web which reveals the rear panel of the device and reveals the camera arrangement along with the design.
Honor Magic 2 Render, Four cameras
Looking at the alleged render, four cameras aligned vertically on the left side of the rear panel is visible which is similar to what we have seen with Huawei P20 Pro camera arrangement with three cameras.
Three cameras are arranged in one group while the fourth camera sensor is placed along with LED flash. There is no fingerprint sensor on the rear panel which suggests an in-display fingerprint sensor on the front. The Honor branding is visible at the bottom left side aligned vertically. The colour of the rear panel is gradient which we have seen in some of the recent devices. Possibly a USB C port is at the bottom.
Honor Magic 2 Rumoured Specifications
Honor Magic 2 is rumoured to feature a 6-Inch AMOLED display with 1440×2880 pixels resolution, close to 100 % screen-to-body ratio and is powered by Huawei Kirin 980 processor that also powers the Huawei Mate 20 series devices. The official teaser image released earlier confirms the in-display fingerprint sensor embedded in the front display.
We already know that the phone features a sliding mechanism for the camera with probably a movable motor to slide and use the front camera. Other features include the 40W ‘Magic Charger’ with 15 layers of protection which probably can charge much faster than the existing fast chargers which come with maximum up to 20-24 watts capacity.
As with any other leak, take this with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
