There is another phone with a slider design, which is hot on the heels of the Xiaomi Mix 3. And that is the Honor Magic 2.
And just like its rival has been marketing the phone, Honor too has begun sharing official images of the device, ahead of its launch. Today, more official images/press renders of the device have been released which confirm the rear panel design of the phone and reveal the camera module.
The Honor Magic 2 has a full screen display with minimal bezels and no notch. They had to include a selfie lens somewhere, and that’s where the slider design kicks in. Here is a press render which gives us a closer look at the slider design.
That’s not all. The Honor Magic 2 sports triple cameras on the rear, all of them placed vertically in a single line, though not together, along with an LED Flash, unlike the recently launched Huawei Mate 20 phones which had a square design.
You may have noticed that the device does not seem to feature a fingerprint scanner on the back panel, or on the front. This suggests that the phone could feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Honor Magic 2 will be officially launched on October 31st, in China.
