HTC has officially launched its flagship phone of 2016, in India. Yes people, the HTC 10 is here.
And don’t worry, it is not an underpowered one. Indian buyers will be getting the real deal, the global variant, the phone powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4G of RAM, and 32GB of storage, and comes with an expandable memory option. The phone sports a 5.2-inch QHD display, which is a Super LCD 5, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense 8.0.
The main camera of the HTC 10 is a 12 megapixel rear camera with laser auto focus, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an f/1.8 aperture and Dual LED Flash. The phone has a USB Type C port, a front facing fingerprint scanner (embedded in the home button), and is backed by a 3000 mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

The HTC 10 has been priced at Rs 52990 in India, and will be available form 5th June 2016. The price is a bit higher than expected, and translates to $788, which is almost a $100 more than the global variant which retails for $699.99.
