A new flagship device from HTC has appeared on Antutu Benchmarks revealing some of its basic technical specifications including the model name. The new flagship device comes with a model number HTC CBP which seems to be a code name. HTC CBP sports a Quad HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with Adreno 540 GPU and 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based operating system. In terms of camera, it features a 16 MP main rear camera and another 12 MP front shooter for selfies.
Even though, Antutu Benchmark doesn’t reveal the name of the HTC flagship, but just a model number yet we believe that this is upcoming HTC U ocean as leaked by Evan Blass. Ocean here is the code name and company may announce a new name when it launches officially. As per Evan, HTC U Ocean sports a 5.5 inch QHD display which is the information that is missing from Antutu.

Some specific features that are expected to come with this new flagship is in the device’s metal frame, of all places known as Edge Sense — the frame-embedded sensors that enable the user to control numerous, customizable actions with gestures such as squeezing or swiping along its left and right sides.
But as with any other leak, take this with a pinch of Salt. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
