HTC has just announced its first Quad HD Display smartphone in China i.e HTC One E9+. The smartphone / phablet is officially listed on the HTC Chinese site.
HTC One E9+ is powered by a 64-bit, octa-core 2 GHz MT6795M MediaTek chipset with 2 GB RAm and 16GB internal storage. It also comes with support for microSD cards up to 128GB. It is a dual SIM device and comes with two Nano SIM slots.
In terms of battery, it is powered by a 2,800 mAh battery. It sports a 20-megapixel rear shutter and an UltraPixel front-facing camera along with BoomSound front-facing stereo speakers.
There is some confusion though due to mismatching specs on product page and those on specs sheet. The site spec sheet mismatches with the detailed product page. In our opinion, the specs mentioned on product page itself appear more genuine compared to that on spec sheet as it appears for some other device.
The device will be available in color options like meteor grey, classic rose gold and gold sepia in a two-tone style similar to HTC One M9.
There is no word though on its global availability from HTC, but we will keep you updated if we hear more about it.
