HTC have officially announced the HTC One Mini 2 today.
The little brother of the mighty HTC M8, boasts a 13 Megapixel shooter.
The HTC One Mini 2 has a 4.5″ HD Display, is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, with an Adreno 305 GPU. The phone has just 1 GB RAM. The One Mini 2 makes use of HTC’s BoomSound technology, for a crisp and clear audio experience. The key feature of the phone is the 13 Megapixel Camera on the back which is capable of taking photos of 4128 x 3096 pixels. There is a front facing camera too, which is an impressive 5 Megapixel. The phone packs a non removable 2100 mAH battery.
The One Mini 2 will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, loaded with HTC Sense 6 UI, and some exclusive apps such as BlinkFeed, Zoe.

So basically, it is a phone with a Quad Processor, 1GB RAM with a good camera. I wonder how many people will choose this over the Motorola Moto G, which is one of the most affordable power packed phone, and offers similar specs.
The HTC One Mini 2 will be available in three colours: Gunmetal Gray, Glacial Silver and Amber Gold, and is expected to hit stores in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa in June.
