Huawei’s upcoming Honor 5X budget smartphone just got leaked on the Chinese regulator website, TENAA.
The above image is the front panel of the phone, while the one below is of the rear panel.
That looks very similar to HTC’s One lineup of phones. The Honor 5X has an all metal body, and features a fingerprint scanner on the rear.
And here are the images of the sides of the phone.
Fortunately, the technical specifications of the phone were leaked on Weibo. The Honor 5X features a 5.5-inch Full HD display, and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The phone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB of RAM, and an Adreno 405 GPU. The phone will have 32GB of internal storage and sports a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel camera on the front.
Even with those specs, the phone only managed to score around 20,000 points on AnTuTu Benchmark. The Huawei Honor 5X has the model number KIW-AL10, and maybe launched in October.
