InFocus, has launched a new budget phone called the M260, in India.
The phone sports a 4.5-inch WVGA display which supports a resolution of 480 x 854.
It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, and is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad Core processor with 1GB RAM. The phone has 8GB of onboard storge, and an sd card slot which supports expandable memory upto 64GB.The InFocus M260 features a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2 megapixel front camera.The phone supports Dual SIM cards, 3G connectivity, and is backed by a 2000mAh battery.
The InFocus M260 has been priced at Rs 3999, and will come in three colours: Vibrant Orange, Pristine White and Fluorescent Green with Black on the bottom.
The InFocus M260 is the company’s first device which is manufactured in the Country, as part of the Make in India program. The phones are assembled at a facility at Sri City in Andhra Pradesh. For the price, the specs of the M260 are pretty good, and the phone’s colours look pretty cool, but the fact that it does not support 4G could be the deciding factor from a buyer’s point of view.
