Well there is one less thing to be jealous about. The Pop Up Browser.
The Pop Up Browser is just 150 KB in size and doesn’t require root. Download it from here, install it using any file manager and run the app.
Tapping on the arrow will open your stock browser. But you can maximize and minimize the Pop up browser with the rectangular button on the top right. And close the app with the X button .

The app has been tested to work on a Samsung Galaxy S Advance and a Galaxy Tab 2.0.
It is possible that the browser may work on any Samsung device with the Touchwiz Framework and Jelly Bean. But it may not work on other devices. We did try installing this on our Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 devices and the installation failed.
