A couple of leaked Moto Edge S hands-on images have surfaced online. The pictures confirm the design of the phone, and it has dual selfie cameras located in the top left corner of the screen. The lenses aren’t housed in a pill shaped cut-out, these are individual modules that sit in dual punch-hole cut-outs.
The design looks similar to the Moto Nio that was leaked about a month ago.
Here is a leaked photo of the Moto Edge S back panel that was spotted by GSM Arena. The picture shows quad cameras placed symmetrically in a square formation. The bump extends further, to house a Dual-tone LED Flash and a microphone. The branding below the cameras reads 64MP, which means that is the megapixel count of the primary sensor’s output.
Meanwhile, Lenovo China’s chief of Mobile, Chen Jin, shared a screenshot of the Moto Edge S AntuTu Benchmark scored. The device clocked a score of 679,860 points. That’s pretty impressive, and rumour has it that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.
This is a new chipset that was announced a few days ago, and is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 865. The Moto Edge S will be announced on January 26th in China.
