Rumors of LeEco working on dual camera setup for its smartphone were floating around and today we have some official confirmation of the same, thanks to TENAA listing of LeEco Le X652 smartphone revealing its full hardware specifications along with design and build. A new smartphone from LeEco is listed on TENAA with a model name of Le X652 which was approved on 26th August 2016.
This new smartphone from the company is expected to be officially unveiled soon as LeEco Le 2S as a successor to Le 1S and Le 1S Eco. Looking at TENAA images, you can clearly see the Dual camera setup at the back along with LED flash which is cleverly designed like a face. There appears to be a small bump visible due to the camera. The fingerprint sensor is located below the dual camera and company logo is at the bottom. The front display looks similar to any other LeEco smartphone. Antenna lines are placed at the top and bottom of the back panel.
As per TENAA listing, LeEco Le X652 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display and is powered by 2.5 GHz Deca core processor which we expect as Mediatek Helio X20. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There is no support for expandable storage via microsd cards. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with two 13 MP dual rear camera sensors along with LED flash and a 8 MP front shooter for selfies. At the moment, we have no information on the Camera sensors model or whether they are from Samsung, Sony or some other make.
It measures 152.4 × 75.1 × 7.5 (mm) and weighs 168 grams. It is backed by a battery of 3900 mAh capacity. It will be available in Gold, silver, black, pink gold and white color options. In terms of connectivity, it comes with support for Infrared, Bluetooth, 4G LTE and VOLTE. There is no 3.5 mm audio jack and instead comes with a USB C type port which can be used for listening to music.
