The Lenovo A7000 was officially unveiled today in India.
And it appears that their exclusive partner, online retailer Flipkart, has already discontinued the sales of its predecessor, the Lenovo A6000.
The listing for the phone, at the online retailer’s website now reads “This product is Permanently discontinued.” Lenovo India had recently revealed that it had sold over 3 lakh (300,000) units of the Rs. 6,999 phone in the Country.
Obviously the company is looking to push customers towards its more powerful A7000, which scored a stunning 43010 points in an Antutu benchmark test.

The registrations for the first sale of the Lenovo A7000 opens at at 2 PM today (April 7) and will remain open until 12 AM on April 14.
The first flash sale for the phone will take place on April 15th.
