Lenovo has just started sending Media Invites for an event on 26th February with “Save the Date” for their upcoming press conference at Mobile World Congress MWC 2017. The media invite comes with a render image of a smartphone and a tagline of “hellomoto” which clearly indicates a smartphone launch happening during the event. Even though the invite doesn’t offer a name of the device to be launched, we expect that it may be Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus.
Alleged images of Moto G5 Plus along with specifications were spotted online few days go revealing the design and build of the device. Moto G5 Plus is rumored to come with a model number XT1685 with a 5.5 inch full HD 1080p display, powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system. In terms of camera, it features a 13 MP main rear camera and a 5 MP front shooter for selfies. It is backed by a 3,080 mAh battery while the fingerprint sensor is embedded in the front home button.
