After loads of rumours, Lenovo Z5 Pro now has an official launch date set for next month. Lenovo has finally made the Pro variant of Lenovo Z5 official and will be officially unveiled on November 1st in China. The announcement comes from the company VP weibo handle in the form of a launch teaser which reveals the Nov 1 launch date and also confirms the slider of the phone similar to the slider of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 that got launched today a few hours back.
At the moment, not much is known about the hardware specifications of the phone, though some rumours suggest that it’s a flagship phone but after the Lenovo Z5 fiasco, we doubt it.

Lenovo Z5 Pro revealed by company’s VP at an event
The Lenovo Z5 Pro was revealed by the company’s VP, Liu Jun at the Lenovo Tech World 2018 conference, in China. The device will be launched on the Chinese National Day, which is October 1st.
The design of the Lenovo Z5 Pro, seems to be exactly the same as the one which we reported about earlier. The phone has a bezel-less display, but includes a slight chin.
What is worth noting, however, is the absence of the notch in the display. Instead, the Lenovo Z5 Pro has a slider mechanism, which brings the selfie camera into view. This allows the phone to have an actual all-screen design.
The Lenovo Z5 Pro does look spectacular, and might have the 95% screen to body ratio, which Lenovo once promised for the Z5, but didn’t really deliver.
If you observe the display closely, you can see a fingerprint icon which means, that the Lenovo Z5 Pro will have an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone is expected to be equipped with a massive 6.5-inch QHD+ display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB/8GB of RAM. The phone may be available in three storage variants: 64GB/128GB/256GB and sports dual rear cameras which comprise of 20MP and 16MP sensors. The phone is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery.
