LG has announced that it has begun rolling out the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the G Pro Lite users in India.
The dual core phone was launched in 2013, with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, and has skipped 4.2 and 4.3 versions of the OS.
LG Mobiles India today announced on Twitter, that the KitKat update is available in the Country. The update will bring improved battery life, performance fixes, and LG’s proprietary KnockCode feature.
It might take a few days for the update to roll out to all users. If you haven’t received the update yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to: Settings > Phone info > Software update check.
