LG India has announced that it will update its 2013 flagship phone, the LG G2, to Android Lollipop in the next few months.
The news comes from their official Twitter account.
An LG G2 user reached out to the company on the social network about when the update will be rolled out in India, to which the company replied:
@i_Gujju Hi, the Lollipop update for #LGG2 is expected in Q2′ 2015. Stay tuned!

So Indian users can expect the update between April-June, which is actually quite slow, since Lollipop was released way back in November. And with Android 5.1 Lollipop being released for Nexus and Android One devices, is possible that the company could rollout Android 5.1 directly, instead of Android 5.0, which suffers from many bugs, including memory leak issues.
