A lighter version of LG G5 is listed on Chinese certification site TENAA. We are calling this lighter version of LG G5 as everything is almost same as LG G5 except the CPU and some lower variations in other hardware specifications. The model number is listed as LG H848.
As per the listing, LG G5 Lite (LG H848) sports a 5.3 inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels and is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core processor with 3 GB of RAM and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The CPU used here appears to be Snapdragon 52 instead of Snapdragon 820. Similarly the RAM is reduced to 3 GB from 4 GB. In terms of storage, it comes with 32 GB of internal ROM along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 64 GB.
The dimensions of the device are 149.4 × 73.9 × 7.3 (mm) which tells that it is 7.3 mm thick. LG G5 Lite (LG H848) weighs 156 gms. In terms of connectivity, it supports GSM, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE, FDD LTE, WCDMA, CDMA 2000.
