Meizu is on a roll this month with launch on its flagship devices Meizu Pro 6 followed by M3 note and now the company has launched the Meizu M3 smartphone today at a price starting at 599 Yuan. Two variants of Meizu M3 are announced with the lower variant with 2 GB RAM + 16 GB internal storage priced at 599 Yuan, whereas the higher variant with 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage priced at 799 Yuan.
M3 an upgrade over the last year M2 smartphone from the company. Even before the launch, M3 was spotted on Antutu revealing that it is powered by 64-bit MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755), but the official specifications reveal a lower version of the CPU. With official launch today we now know everything about the M3.
Meizu M3 sports a 5.0 inch HD (720p) display with a pixel density of 296 ppi and is powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 Octa-core Processor with ARM Mali T-860 with 2 GB / 3 GB of RAM.
It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based operating system and comes with 16 GB of internal ROM / storage. It comes with 13 MP main rear camera and 5 MP front shooter.
It also supports 4G LTE and comes with support for VOLTE.
The device is a bit thick with a thickness of 8.4 mm and yet weighs just 132 gms. It is backed by a battery 2870 mAh capacity.
