Meizu is set to officially unveil the successor of M5 Note i.e. Meizu M6 Note on 23rd August 2017. Meizu M5 Note was launched in December 2016 only and the company is back with its successor even before passing of a full year. The official announcement of Meizu M6 Note comes from the company official twitter Handle which reveals the name of the device i.e. M6 Note and the launch date i.e. 23rd August. The launch event takes place at Beijing Performing Arts Center at 3PM China Time on 23rd August.
Based on the rumors, Meizu M6 Note is rumored to feature 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display powered by MediaTek Helio P25 processor along with up to 4GB of RAM. In terms of camera, it may feature a 13-megapixel main rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor.
Whereas existing Meizu M5 Note sports a 5.5 inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system with Flyme OS 6.0 on top. It comes win two RAM variants and three storage variants i.e. a 3 GB RAM with 16/32 GB storage and other with 4 GB RAM & 64 GB storage. In terms of camera, it features a 13 MP main rear camera with PDAF and another 5 MP front shooter for selfies. The phone is backed by a 4000 mAh battery and includes fingerprint sensor.
