Meizu has just announced a Media event on June 13 in China, which most probably will launch the new Meizu Metal 2. The invite reproduced below shows the date of June 13th and an image of a Key. The rest of it in Chinese language, which we unfortunately can’t read.
Meizu Metal 2 already got listed on TENAA, the Chinese certification portal. As per TENAA listing, Meizu Metal 2 sports a metallic build with 5.5 inch Full HD display and is powered by octa core Mediatek Helio P10 processor with an 1.8 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU and 2 GB of RAM.
It comes with 16 GB of internal storage along with microsd card support up to 128 GB. Another variant of the phone comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based operating system.
In terms of camera, it sports a 13 MP main rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 5 MP front-shooter for selfies.The smartphone is backed by a large 4,000 mAh battery. It measures 153.6 × 75.6 × 8.3 (mm) and weighs 162 grams.
