Micromax has just announced another entry-level smartphone i.e. Canvas Mega E353, priced at Rs. 7,999. Canvas Mega E353 sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS Display and is powered by 1.4 GHz Octa Core Mediatek MT6592M Processor with 1 GB of RAM.
In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB of internal memory along with support for expandable storage via MicroSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Micromax hasn’t talked anything about if they would upgrade it to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in future or not.
It comes with 13 MP main rear camera with auto focus and a 5 MP fixed focus front camera.
The device is powered by a big 2820 mAh battery. We are not sure if the device supports 4G LTE or not as the press release is silent on that, but we do expect the device to support 4G LTE considering the price. But yes, we can only confirm when we get any information from Micromax.
