The Moto G 2014 is now officially supported by CyanogenMod.
The device now has its own CM12 Nightly Release at Cyanogen’s servers.
The Moto G 2nd Gen is codenamed as Titan, and you can download the ROM for it from this page. For instructions on how to install it on your MOTO G 2014, refer to this thread on XDA.
Note: The ROM has been available for a while, but it was previously in an unofficial status. Now that it has gone official, you can expect regular updates for the ROM.
Since these are nightly releases, there may be a few bugs in the firmware. So don’t test this on your primary device, and even if you are going to try this on your phone, take a backup of all your data before flashing the ROM.
