A couple of real life photos of the upcoming budget device, the Moto G4 (aka the Moto G 2016), have been leaked online.
The photos first spotted by Nowherelese.fr, show that the phone will sport a physical home button, which likely houses a fingerprint scanner.
Also seen in the picture, is a mic next to the button, and as solitary front facing speaker. The phone appears to have metallic rims running around the frame.
The next picture is really interesting, as it shows the back panel of the Moto G4, which resembles that of LG’s flagship lineup, the LG G4/G5.
The main camera sits between a dual LED Flash module and something which we think could be a laser assisted focus.
According to a leakster called Roland Quandt the device will come in two variants. A Moto G Plus will feature a 5.5-inch display, a 16 megapixel camera, 16GB of internal storage and carry a price tag of 280 Euros, which is just over 21,000 Rupees.
The Motorola Moto G 4th Gen will sport a 5.5 -inch display, a 13 megapixel camera, 16GB of internal storage with a slightly lower price 240 Euros, which is about18,000 Rupees. Both phones will be in black and white colours. The leakster suggests that the devices will be launched in May.
As for the high pricing of the devices, it appears that the Lenovo owned company, will be upgrading the Moto G to a higher tier, and instead will sell the Moto E 3rd gen at the G’s former price range.
