Motorola has announced that the Moto X 2nd Gen is getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop Update in India.
Its not a soak test, but a stable update, as the news comes directly from Motorola India’s Twitter account.

The update is around 576 MB in size, and the roll out has already begun a few hours ago, as several users have tweeted about receiving the same.
It will slowly reach out to all users in the Country. You can manually check for the update on your Moto X, by navigating to Settings>About Phone>System Updates.
Motorola is expected to update some of their other devices to Lollipop soon.
