As per TENAA, Moto Z Play XT1635-03 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD OLED display and is powered by 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor along with 3 GB of RAM. In terms of internal storage, it comes with 64 GB of internal storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd card. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with 16 MP main rear camera and a 5 MP front shooter for selfies. IN terms of connectivity, it supports 2G / 3G / 4G with VOLTE.
