Motorola have officially launched their affordable smartphone, the Moto E in India.
And similar to their other phones, the Moto G and the Moto X, they will be selling it exclusively in India through the e-commerce portal Flipkart.
The Moto E is powered by a 1.2GHz Dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 A7 processor, and has a Adreno 302 400 MHz GPU, and 1GB RAM for your gaming needs. The display is an impressive 4.3 inches in size and supports a resolution of 540 x 960 (qHD) and has a pixel density of 256 ppi.The phone will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, and will receive future updates from Motorola.
You also get an expandable storage of up to 32 GB, unlike the G and the X, which lack an SD card. It also comes with some exclusive services such as Moto Assist, Moto Migrate, and will (probably) get the camera, gallery and other apps that Motorola have published on the Google Play Store.
Now coming to the drawbacks, it does not have an LED Flash for the Camera, nor does it have a front camera. Granted that it does not have the raw processing power of it’s bigger brothers, this is still a great phone.
