A new mid range smartphone from Motorola powered by a Mediatek SOC chip has surfaced at bench-marking portal gfxbench revealing some of the major hardware specifications. The new model listed on Gfxbench (via) is Motorola XT1663 which is powered by 1.9 GHz Octacore MediaTek MT6750 (Cortex A53 – ARMv8) processor along with Mali-T860 GPU and 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB of internal storage. Mediatek MT6750 processor is one of the new entry to mid-level SoCs from Mediatek that supports 1080p H265 video encoding, up to 16 MP camera, full-HD display, LTE connectivity and 4GB of RAM module.
As per listing, Motorola XT1663 sports a 4.6 inch full HD 1080p display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system. In terms of Camera, it comes with a 16 MP main rear camera and a 8 MP front shooter for selfies.
This model from Motorola is quite different from the Moto Z Play XT1635-03 model which is rumored to be launched soon thanks to TENAA listing. Moto Z Play XT1635-03 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p AMOLED display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU & 3 GB RAM. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It comes with a 16 MP main rear camera and 5 MP front shooter. It is backed by a 3300/3500 mAh battery.
