If you own a Nexus 4 Device, then you may have received a OTA update notification or will soon receive the notification about the update. Google has been pushing a minor OTA update for Nexus 4 which basically is a security update plus minor bug fixes. This is the same update that even Nexus 7 devices received.
The update is really a minor one and in terms of size, it is just 1.8 MB for Nexus 4. After installing the update the build number changes from JWR66V to JWR66Y.
Even if your device is rooted, you will receive the OTA update. (I own a rooted Nexus 4 and it received the OTA update)
If you are yet to receive the OTA update, you can try clearing data and cache of Google Framework, but it may lead to some issues with Google Play store and you may need to enter your credentials again.
