After teasing the launch of their next Android smartphone a few days aga, Nokia has officially unveiled it today.
Meet the Nokia X2 Dual SIM.
The phone will support Dual Standby on both SIMs. The phone sports a 4.3” ClearBlack WVGA LCD Display, which supports Double Tap to wake, a feature found in the Nokia Lumia Windows Phone devices. The device is powered by a Dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon™ 200 and 1 GB RAM. There is a 5 Megapixel camera on the rear with an LED Flash, and a front camera, which is probably a VGA one. The X2 packs a 1800 mAH battery.
Not much is known about the Operating System the device runs on, which is undoubtedly Nokia’s own version of Android.
Apart from the availability of apps from the Nokia Store, the Company have also announced support for installing apps from other markets such as the 1Mobile Market, Aptoide, SlideME, Mobango and Yandex.
