Just after two days of the global announcement of OnePlus 5, OnePlus has launched the flagship device in India today which will be available exclusively on Amazon India starting from 4:30 PM today. The 6 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM variant of OnePlus 5 is priced at Rs. 32,999 while the higher 8GB RAM + 128 GB ROM variant is priced at Rs. 37,999.

After numerous leaks and rumours, OnePlus 5 is finally official. As expected, OnePlus launched their next generation flagship device at a launch event revealing all the official hardware specifications, price and availability of OnePlus 5. After OnePlus 3T the company has skipped the OnePlus 4 name and announced OnePlus 5 today which is a major upgrade over existing OnePlus 3T. It comes with a better processor, a better main rear camera with dual camera sensors.
OnePlus 5 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD Optic AMOLED / DCI-P3 display and is powered by 2.45 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 processor along with 6 Gb / 8 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it comes with 64 GB / 128 GB of RAM and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based Oxygen OS operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with the main rear dual camera setup with 20 MP (telephoto) Sony IMX 350 + 16 MP (Wide-angle) Sony IMX 398 camera sensors with f/2.6 and f/.7 aperture. On the front, it comes with 16 MP Sony IMX 371 camera sensor for selfies.
OnePlus 5 is backed by a 3300 mAh battery along with support for Dash Charge (5V 4A). It also includes the 3.5 mm Audio jack and not ditched as some rumours suggested.
