The OnePlus 9RT 5G has gone official in China, on schedule. Here are all the details that you need to know about the latest flagship phone.
The handset sports a 6.62 inches AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 X 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 397 PPI, 20:9 Aspect Ratio, 120Hz Refresh Rate, sRGB, P3 Color Gamut, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The phone runs ColorOS based on Android 11, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Octa Core processor, with an Adreno 660 GPU, and 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It will be available in 2 options: 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of connectivity the phone supports Dual Nano SIM cards with support for 5G and 4G LTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 2.4G / 5G, support Wi-Fi 6, support WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS (L1+L5 Dual Band), GLONASS, Galileo (E1+E5a Dual Band), Beidou, and A-GPS.
The main camera array on the back panel of the OnePlus 9RT consists of a 50 MP Sony IMX 766 sensor that supports, Optical Image Stabilization, Electronic Image Stabilization, an ƒ/1.8 aperture, a 16 MP ultra wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, 123° FOV, a 2MP Macro Sensor, and Dual LED Flash modules. The selfie lens on the device is a 16 megapixels Sony IMX 471 sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, that supports EIS, and Face Unlock.
The OnePlus 9RT is backed by a 4500 mAh battery, that supports 65W fast charging (Warp Flash Charge 65T) over a USB Type-C 2.0 port. The handset has Stereo Speakers and supports Dolby Atmos, but does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on-board the 9RT include an Accelerometer, Electronic compass, Gyro, Light sensor, Distance sensor, Sensor Core, Flicker Sensor. The phone measures 162.2 x 74.6 mm x 8.29 mm, and weighs 198.5g.

OnePlus 9RT 5G price in China
OnePlus has priced the 9RT 5G at RMB 3299 (around Rs. 39,000) for the base variant with 8GB+128GB, in China. The 8GB+256GB model costs RMB 3399 (about Rs. 40,000), while the top end version with 12GB+256GB carries a price tag of RMB 3699 (about Rs. 43,000).
There is no word whether the OnePlus 9RT will be launched in India. OnePlus has already confirmed that it will not be announcing the OnePlus 9T series this year, due to the global chip shortage.
