Oppo has just launched Oppo Mirror 3 in India for a price of Rs. 16,990 putting it in the mid range price segment of smartphones. Even though Oppo dubs it a budget smartphone, we disagree as price range for budget smartphones in India start from Rs 5000 and above. Mirror 3 is powered by a 64-bit processor and is aimed at the mid-range market.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 1.2GHz 64-bit Quad-core processor and an Adreno 306 graphics processor supported by 1GB RAM. In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB of internal storage along with support for microSD card upto 128GB .
OPPO Mirror 3 uses a 4.7-inch screen that measures only 137.6 × 68.8 × 8.95mm and weighs just 126 g.
OPPO Mirror 3 sports an 8 megapixel SONY IMX179 BSI sensor, with a sensor size of 1/3.2 inches and a pixel size of 1.4µm, as well as a large F/2.0 aperture, 5P lens and Blue Light Filter (BLF). The front camera comes with 5MP capability.
It comes with Dual SIM card support (Micro SIM) and is powered by 2000 mAh battery which can be charged to full power within just 90 minutes which it claims to be 60% faster than the standard rate of charging.
In terms of operating system, it is powered by Android 4.4 kitkat based ColorOS 2.0.1.
