Oppo is set to announce its current flagships in India. The Oppo Reno7 Pro 5G launch date has been set for February 4th.
The Reno 7 Pro 5G is equipped with a 6.55-inches AMOLED Full HD+ display that supports 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and is home to an In-display fingerprint scanner
The phone runs on ColorOS 12 based on Android 11, and is powered by a customized MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max 5G octa-core processor, clocked at 3.0GHz, with an ARM G77 MC9 to handle the graphics. The device has 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.
The Reno 7 Pro 5G is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 65W Fast Charging over a USB Type-C port. The triple camera set up on the rear comprises a 50MP f/1.8 aperture lens that supports Electronic Image Stabilization, Phase Detect Autofocus, a 2MP Macro sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture , an Ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, 119° FOV and an LED Flash.
The selfie camera is a 32MP f/2.4 aperture lens and supports EIS. The handset supports 5G and 4G VoLTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 6 Dualband, Bluetooth 5.1, among other connectivity options. The device weighs 180g and measures 158.2 x 73.2 x 7.5 mm.
