OnePlus has announced the release of OxygenOS 14 Beta for OnePlus 11 users. The new software is available as part of the company’s open beta program.

The OxygenOS 14 beta for OnePlus 11 brings an improved Aquamorphic Design with a natural, gentle and clearer color style. The update also adds new system notification sounds, and Aquamorphic-themed ringtones.
The latest firmware introduces a carbon tracking feature on the Always-on display, which shows you the amount of carbon emissions you reduced by walking instead of driving. OxygenOS 14 adds a new photo and video-related permission management, that lets you choose which apps have access to the media.
OnePlus says that it has improved the performance of the device in OxygenOS 14, and that apps will open faster. The animations have been optimized, and the stability of the system is better.

It is worth noting that the beta version of the firmware is currently only available for users in India, and North America. So users from Europe cannot participate in the beta program.

The software has a number of known issues, aka bugs. So, it may not be a good idea to install it on your primary device.
