OnePlus has officially begun rolling out the OxygenOS 3.1.0 update for its 2015 flagship phone, the OnePlus 2. The update isn’t a major one, but a bug fixing one.
One of the bugs that we came across was with the alert slider switch, which would not change back to normal, after you used it to toggle silent mode.
This has been fixed in the OxygenOS 3.1.0 update along, with the following changes:
- Fixed some notification issues
- Improved Doze Mode performance
- Added media sound toggle for alert slider
- Addressed alert slider/silent mode issue
- Implemented August 1 security patches for Android
- Implemented Quadrooter patch
- General bug fixes
The update is already available on Indian OnePlus 2 variants, and global ones. So look out for the notification which reads OnePlus2Oxygen_14_1608262242 System Update. The download weighs about 29 MB.
