Paperland’s live weather was in limited beta for a long time, as it wasn’t available in all countries.
But now, the developer has made the feature available for all users of the Pro version.
Paperland is a Live Wallpaper (LWP) for Android phones and Tablets. It features Paper-art style graphics for the scenery, cars, roads and all items you see on the screen.
It is cartoonish and comical in a sort of way and you will love the way the cars bobble up and down on the roads. It even has Day/Night modes, and the cars turn on the lights too.

It is worth buying at just $1. Offers a lot of customization as well. And it runs great on my Optimus One and Nexus 7.
