This does make us wonder what Google India has planned for tonight. The company had Tweeted a few days back, about “Some things don’t add up”, along with an animated GIF, which displayed 3 heart text-based emojis which looked like this.
Some things just add up.
Stay tuned. https://t.co/dNxJeGmaeH pic.twitter.com/SdVdiX32Zw— Google India (@GoogleIndia) October 7, 2018
The 3 emojis were speculated to indicate the Pixel 3 India launch date. The Tweet did link to an event which is set to start at 8:30 PM tonight, October 9th.
Or is this a global launch event? Bloomberg had originally reported that Google’s event is for the Pixel 3.
Will we see an announcement for the Pixel 3? Will we see more than 2 devices being launched? We may only have to wait for a few hours more, to find out if today is the Pixel 3 launch day or October 22nd is.
