A few Pixel 3 XL White variant leaked photos have been posted on XDA. And that’s the Clearly White variant, but for sanity’s sake, we are going to refer to it, as the White variant.
The photos reveal a notch display on the Pixel 3 XL, something which the regular Pixel 3 won’t have. Though we have seen the XL version in a previous leak, this has to be said here, the Pixel 3 XL Notch looks very different than what other devices have. It’s not too wide but it is very much tall, which makes it look pretty awful.
You can see that the back panel’s colour is visible on the edge of the phone, even from the front. So, the Pixel 3 XL White variant has black bezels with a white outline.
It has minimal bezels, but has a chin which houses a speaker grille. Speaking of which, the notch has an earpiece which could double up as a speaker. You can also see that the Pixel 3 XL has dual selfie cameras, surprise surprise. This is even more odd, considering that the phone has a single camera on the back panel.
The Pixel 3 XL white variant seen here is a single SIM device. So, no microSD card slot and a single SIM card slot. This is 2018, right?
The back panel has an LED flash to accompany the camera, and a fingerprint sensor. It is of course white, because it is the Pixel 3 XL White variant. Oh, and that is a complete glass panel on the back, which is kind of visible near the camera. XDA’s source says that the glass has a matte look on the bottom half, while the top is glossy. Does this mean it will support wireless charging?
Another photo of the Pixel 3 XL White variant suggests that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, with 4GB of RAM. The phone will be available in 64GB (seen in the photo) and 128GB storage variants. Since this a Google phone, we don’t expect a microSD card slot.
