Realme is set to unveil Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro at a launch event in New Delhi on August 20 and has been teasing their features aggressively on social media. The basic hardware specifications of both the devices are already confirmed by the company including the presence of Quad cameras on both the devices. But the company is yet to confirm the processors on both the devices but have only confirmed them to be from Qualcomm.
Realme 5 Pro Geekbench Score
A new Geekbench listing now reveals what that processor would be for Realme 5 Pro while an earlier listing has already confirmed Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 for the Realme 5. The Geekbench listing of Realme 5 Pro comes with a model number RMX1971. The Geekbench listing lists the processor as SDM710 but with the identifier “ARM implementer 81 architecture 8 variant 6 part 2050 revision 13” at the base frequency of 1.71GHz, which pertains to Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 as we have seen in devices such as Vivo Z1 Pro.
It also confirms that the phone comes with 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 9 (Pie) based operating system which we assume as ColorOS. Snapdragon 712 will be a minor upgrade over Snapdragon 710 which powers the Realme 3 Pro.
Realme 5 Pro scores 1143 under single-core while it scores 4618 under multi-core.
The Flipkart listing for Realme 5 Pro has already confirmed the Quad camera for the device with the 48MP Sony IMX586 as primary sensor accompanied by 119-degree ultra-wide lens 4cm super focus lens and a portrait lens. The Flipkart listing also confirms VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 (20W) support that can charge the device to 55% in just 30 minutes. The company has already confirmed 5,000 mAh battery for the standard variant, but there is no confirmation yet for the battery capacity of the Pro variant.
