The complete Realme X tech specs have been revealed ahead of the device’s launch, thanks to a TENAA listing. And an official photo of the upcoming flagship phone which was shared by the company shows us how the device looks.
For those of you who were expecting a pop-up selfie camera, there isn’t one. Instead the OPPO subsidiary has gone with what is now a traditional water-drop notch. The Realme X display is a 6.3-inch Full HD+ TFT panel.
It runs on Android 9 Pie, likely with ColorOS 6.1. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage respectively. TENAA lists support for upto 256GB via a microSD card slot.
In the optics department, the Realme X tech specs boasts a dual rear camera setup with 16MP and 5MP lenses.
A teaser image from Realme however says that the primary camera is a 48MP camera with a Sony IMX 586 sensor. It most likely means the device uses interpolation to produce 48MP shots.
The selfie lens housed in the notch is a 25MP camera. The phone is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery which might support OPPO’s VOOC flash charging. The Realme X will be available in Blue and Violet colours.
