Back in September 2020, Realme launched its flagship X7 series in China. Now, the brand has announced a new variant called the Realme X7 Pro Ultra Edition.
It shares most of its specs with the X7 Pro, with some subtle changes.
The Realme X7 Pro Ultra Edition is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ octa-core processor and runs on Realme 2.0 UI based on Android 11. It has 8GB/12GB of RAM with 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
The device is backed by a 4,500mAh, that supports 65W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The selfie lens on the phone is a 32MP, f/2.45 aperture lens with an 80° FOV.
The Realme X7 Pro Ultra sports a 6.55-inches AMOLED Full HD+ display. It has a higher screen-to-body ratio at 92.1% and 360Hz touch sampling rate instead of 240Hz. But for some reason the refresh rate has been downgraded from 120Hz to 90Hz. The biggest difference is that the screen is curved.
Speaking of differences, the Ultra ditches the portrait lens, while retaining the other 3 cameras. The Realme X7 Pro Ultra Edition is also a bit thinner at 7.8mm compared to the Pro’s 8.1mm, and is 5g lighter than the Pro.

Realme X7 Pro Ultra price in China
The Realme X7 Pro Ultra price in China starts at RMB 2,399 (about Rs. 27,000) for the 8GB/128GB variant, while the 12GB/256GB version costs RMB 2,699 (about 30,000).
Considering that the Realme X7 Pro was launched in India, we can expect the Ultra Edition to be launched here as well.
