Xiaomi is preparing to launch the 2 new phones in Malaysia. These are the Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A.
We have seen the former previously as it has been launched in Europe, but now the Redmi 9A specs and design have been leaked by none other than the company itself.
The 2 devices have been spotted in what appears to be an official flyer from Xiaomi. It mentions that the Redmi 9A sports a 6.53-inch HD+ Dot-drop notch display. The selfie lens housed in the notch is a 5MP front camera.
The Redmi 9A specs reveal that the device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 octa-core processor that’s clocked at 2.0GHz, and will be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone has a single camera on the back panel, and this is a 13MP snapper.
You can tell from the Redmi 9A specs that it is a low-end phone, and the design proves it. There is a large chin bezel on the phone, and there is no sign of a fingerprint scanner on the back.
