Redmi has announced the Redmi Note 11 5G series in China. Meet the base version of the three devices, the Note 11.
The handset sports a 6.6-inches Full HD+ LCD display. It supports a resolution of, 2400 x 1080 pixels, and 90Hz refresh rate with a 20L9 aspect ratio. The phone supports Dynamic Switch which will change the refresh rate to 50Hz/60Hz/ and 90Hz as required. The phone runs on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, and is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core 5G processor, with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It has 4GB/6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device supports 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac Dual Band 2.4/5GHz, Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity options. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers.
The selfie lens housed in the front is a 16MP snapper. The Redmi Note 11 does not have quad cameras, though it may look like it does. Only two of those sensors are real, the other 2 are decorative. The main sensor is a 50 megapixels lens, while the secondary camera is an 8MP ultra-wide angle shooter. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port and supports 33W fast charging. It can charge the phone to 100% charge in 62 minutes. The Note 11 5G weighs 195g, and measures 163.56 ×75.78 × 8.75mm. The device features a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and is rated IP53 for splash resistance.

Redmi Note 11 price in China
Redmi’s Note 11 5G 4GB/128GB model costs RMB 1199 (about Rs. 14,000) in China, while the 6GB/128GB variant has been priced at RMB 1299 (around Rs. 15,000). The 8GB/256GB costs RMB 1499 (about Rs. 18,000). The phone will be available in 3 colours: Blue, Black and Green.
The Xiaomi-owned company is yet to confirm whether the device will be launched in India. In the meantime, the Poco M4 Pro 5G is set to be launched next month.
