The Redmi Note 7 India launch has been teased by the company. Manu Jain, Xiaomi’s Global Head and Xiaomi India MD, posted the following photo on Twitter along with a message, written in upside-down text.
Now don’t strain your neck, we’ll flip the picture for you.
And this is what the message reads.
We’re gonna turn this industry upside down. Amazing #48MP
That hashtag refers to a 48MP camera. Xiaomi’s most recent device, or should we say Redmi’s first device as an official brand, is the Redmi Note 7. The phone which was announced in China earlier this month, has a 48MP sensor.
Why we think the Redmi Note 7 India launch is set to happen soon.
The phone which Xiaomi’s founder, Lei Jun, is holding in the photo, is the Redmi Note 7. The 48MP and the phone in the tweet clearly indicate it is the Note 7, but how can we make certain that the phone will be launched in India soon?
That’s easy because, Redmi India has also tweeted a message, also in upside down text (in Hinglish), which reads.
Apna time aayega 48MP
Laayega Sab ka sar ghumayega
Industry pe chhayega
Apna time aayega
Here’s a rough translation of that:
My time will come 48MP
Will make all heads turn
Will change the industry
My time will come 48MP
Raghu Reddy, Xiaomi India’s Head Category & Online sales, also tweeted a similar upside down text, which said
Mi fans! Your demand is our command! 48MP is coming to India soon. How many of you are waiting for this?
