The Redmi Note 9 Pro has been launched in India with a higher end Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. This time, we’ll be talking about the lower end model.
The phone has the same display as on the Max, as in a 6.67-inches Full HD+ LCD display. The key difference is the Punch hole camera, which is only 16MP on the Note 9 Pro.
While the device has the same 5020 mAh battery, instead of a 33W Fast Charger, it only ships with an 18W fast charger in the box.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro has 4GB/6GB of RAM, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and comes with 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.1 storage, also with a dedicated microSD card slot for up to 512GB of additional storage.
The main cameras are different too, the Redmi Note 9 Pro comprises a 48MP Samsung GM2 1/2.25″ sensor, 1.6 µm Pixel Size, f/1.79 aperture, 8MP Ultra-Wide, 5MP Macro & Depth Camera and an LED Flash. The rest of the specs are similar to the Note 9 Pro Max.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro price in India begins at Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant. The 6GB/128GB model will cost Rs. 15,999. The device will be available on Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home and Mi Studio from March 17th. The phone will be available in 3 colours: Aurora Blue, Glacier White & Interstellar Black
